I’m Nick, a creative and experienced Learning & Development leader with a background that blends corporate training and education. Over the years, I’ve led cross-functional teams, built leadership academies, and rolled out learning programs that reach over 3,000 employees. I’m comfortable running sessions in person or online, and I know my way around tools both AI and traditional learning, such as OPEN AIs, Cornerstone OnDemand, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Suite. I’ve also earned my LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt and have a real passion for helping people grow through smart, well-designed learning experiences.
